I teach Hatha yoga poses based on The Katonah Yoga Method, which emphasizes correct body mechanics and the acquisition of skill over habitual ways of holding, sitting and moving. Poses are constructed by geometric measure rather than by feel or guess work in order to develop a structure that will best supports you. Sessions can be highly athletic or deeply restorative and the full spectrum in between.
